The progression of APS is divided into four strategic phases.

Recruitment of core Technical Committee experts and initial standards framework research.
Phase 2: Deliberation 
Establishment of specialized task forces and public release of RFC drafts for community feedback.
Phase 3: Publication 
Official release of the APS v0.1 core standard documentation, including technical specifications and legal guidelines.
Phase 4: Ecosystem Growth :chart_increasing:
Launch of official reference implementation examples, developer tools, and compliance certification programs.
